Hi my name is Carlo and I graduated in 2009 with a Masters in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Southern California University of Health Sciences and I'm currently a licensed acupuncturist in California. I completed my Bachelors of Science in Business management from Cal Poly Pomona.
I have over a decade of experience in strength training and weight loss/management. In addition, I have been studying the martial arts for over six years in Kung Fu, as well as studying Yang Style Tai Chi for five years on a personal and academic level.
My journey into health began when I lost 55 pounds in college. It was a big accomplishment in my life and from then on I decided to always find new ways to keep healthy.
