I am a licensed acupuncturist in both California and Oregon and Nationally Board Certified. I am a graduate of Yo San University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Los Angeles, California with a four year post-graduate Master or Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

I joined Healing Response Acupuncture in Bend, OR in 2008, after moving here from Los Angeles, in order to find a calmer more nature-inspired place to live and work.

I specialize in integrating Eastern and Western Medicines such as acupuncture, manual therapy, CraniSacral Therapy and Microlight therapy (microcurrent electrical stimulation combined with therapeutic light and color) for the treatment of orthopedic and neuromuscular conditions, especially neck and back pain.

I am also a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (in California), working for the past 14 years in an out-patient hospital based clinic, specializing in manual therapy techniques for neck and back pain.

I have been practicing the Upledger Institute's CranioSacral Therapy since the year 2000. I enjoy combining this light touch energy work with acupuncture for an even greater sense of balance and ease in the body.

In addition, I am currently the only practitioner in Eastern Oregon to offer Energy Light Rejuvenation microcurrent facials. ELR, delivered with the state-of-the-art Acutron Mentor electro-medical machine developed by Darren Starwynn, O.M.D., combines microcurrent electrical stimulation with Therapeutic Light and Color. This non-needle probe technique works in harmony with the body's own natural energy to re-educate facial muscles and address underlying causes of visible aging in the entire body through the acupuncture points and meridians on the face.
