Dr. Terence McCormick, DAOM, LAc is the clinic director of The Relief Center (845-382-9355) in Suffern, NY near the Mahwah, NJ border. He has been in practice since 1989 providing care to both the young and old throughout the world. In addition to his work at The Relief Center, Dr. Terence travels the county serving as a clinic management consultant and lecturer in the fields of acupuncture and low level laser therapy. He has practiced acupuncture on four continents and in five states in the U.S. He has provided well over 30,000 treatments using acupuncture and manual medicine throughout his over twenty years in professional practice. Some of his patients have included legendary athletes, famous musicians, television and movie stars. He uses acupuncture, low level laser and manual therapies to treat a wide variety of pain and injury conditions in both children and adults. He currently holds acupuncture licenses in multiple states including New York. He is a specialist in non-needle laser acupuncture, cold laser, manual therapies and botanical Asian medicine to treat various musculoskeletal and neuromuscular pain in addition to other health conditions. As the areas leading expert in his field, he combines Eastern and Western techniques with a wealth of knowledge and health care experience.
